Make the most of your visit!

Just a few minutes walk from our store, discover Clifton’s elegant Suspension Bridge spanning the Avon Gorge. The ingenious Observatory houses the only camera obscura open to the public in England, with its 360° view of the Gorge.

Just a short walk from our store you’ll find Bristol Zoo with its superb gardens. Check out the monkeys, gorillas & lions, the reptile house and the amazing transparent underwater walkway that let’s you watch penguins and seals from almost every conceivable angle!

A walk down the zig zag path just below the suspension bridge brings you to Hotwells - the entrance to Bristol's Floating Harbour. Take the frequent ferry from the Pump House to the City Centre and enjoy the sights and sounds of Bristol's busy harbour.

Just across the bridge is the Ashton Court Estate - home of the International Balloon Fiesta. There’s extensive grass and woodlands and a deer park – great gulps of fresh air for you and baby!

Clifton has numerous top quality restaurants. Our favourites include the Primrose Café, where you can enjoy wonderful salads on the sun-lit terrace, and for more exotic tastes, the Brunel Raj or the New Emperor Court.
